Salons

Chess club, non-fiction book group, "wine, words, and wonder" help pass the long, deep winter. Events are held at lovely Lenox locations.  Please inquire for details. 

Food and Wine Tastings

Culinary Events and Tastings were once held in the elegant Dining Room or in the Conservatory overlooking the Mountain. Afternoons have been devoted to ice cream, chocolate, salt, and the occasional, heirloom tomato. In the past we have hosted the Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, as well as numerous chefs, winemakers, farmers, and artisan food producers.

Festivals

The Winthrop Estate has hosted immersion weekends in the past and special events focused on wine, Venetian glass blowing master Lino Tagliapietra, Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger and Value Investing, and classical music.
