Estate Description
Included in the Estate Rental:
- Exclusive use of the mansion and grounds
- Breakfast pantry, stocked fresh daily

- Coordination and planning assistance - pre-arrival and on-call concierge services

Arrival: 3 PM
Departure: 12 Noon.
We are happy to discuss special arrangements if you would like to arrange other arrival and departure times.

Service Charge
All prices include service charge.
Payments and Deposits
We will require a deposit of one half of the rental fee at the time of booking. Upon receipt of your deposit and rental agreement, we will confirm your reservation. The balance is due ninety days prior to your arrival, and a security deposit is due thirty days prior to your arrival.
Touring the Estate
If you will be in the Berkshire area and wish to have a tour of the Winthrop Estate, please call us in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
